What is Responsible Gaming?
Responsible gaming means making informed decisions about gaming activities and maintaining control over the time and money spent on gaming. It's about keeping gaming fun and ensuring it doesn't negatively impact your life or the lives of those around you.
Know the Signs
Problem gambling can affect anyone. Here are some warning signs to watch for:
- Spending more time or money on gaming than you can afford
- Chasing losses with bigger bets
- Lying about gaming activities or losses
- Neglecting work, family, or other responsibilities
- Borrowing money to gamble
- Feeling anxious, depressed, or irritable when not gaming
- Using gaming as an escape from problems or negative feelings
Set Your Limits
Before you start gaming, decide on your limits:
- Time Limit: Decide how much time you want to spend gaming
- Money Limit: Set a budget for how much you're willing to spend
- Loss Limit: Determine how much you're comfortable losing
- Stick to Your Limits: Once you've reached your limit, stop gaming
Gaming Guidelines
- Never gamble when you're upset, angry, or depressed
- Don't gamble when under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Take regular breaks from gaming
- Don't chase your losses
- Keep gaming in perspective - it's entertainment, not a way to make money
- Balance gaming with other activities

If you feel you need to take a break from gaming, we offer self-exclusion programs. These programs allow you to voluntarily exclude yourself from our gaming facilities for a specified period. Contact our customer service team for more information about self-exclusion options.
